Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property.
  • Asking household members or neighbors.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
  • Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to:

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
