Thank you for shopping with Sam Selects! We work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
  • During sales, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the products ordered. Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Factors that may affect shipping include:

  • Customs inspections
  • Supplier fulfillment times
  • High shipping volume
  • Holidays
  • Other events outside of our control

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Sam Selects is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Sam Selects is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Carrier errors
  • Packages marked as "Delivered"

If you experience an issue, we're happy to help point you in the right direction and work with you whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review every report individually and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Government charges

These fees are not included in your purchase price unless otherwise stated.
