At Sam Selects, we carefully curate every product we offer. Because of the nature of our business, all sales are generally final.
Returns & Refunds
We do not typically accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests
- Buyer's remorse claims
- Incorrect size or color selections made by the customer
Exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of Sam Selects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Every report is reviewed individually.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5β10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance due to screen settings or manufacturer updates
- Normal wear and tear
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after successfully receiving your order may result in your account being restricted and supporting documentation being provided to the payment processor during the dispute process.
Our Commitment
Customer satisfaction is important to us. While refunds and exchanges are not part of our standard policy, we welcome all reports and will always review legitimate concerns fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
